Discover the Ultimate Relaxation Experience at Chattanooga Headspa

There's something truly AMAZING about finding a local gem that takes your mind far from the hustle and bustle of daily life, especially after a stressful week. Last weekend, I discovered exactly that at Chattanooga Head Spa—a sanctuary for serenity nestled at 1309 Panorama Dr. #115, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Whether you’re looking to spoil the special person in your life or simply indulge in a little self-pampering, this is the ultimate spot for relaxation. Trust me, spending a blissful afternoon here is like a mini-vacation!

The atmosphere exudes tranquility, with its soft lighting, calming music, and that oh-so-soothing scent that instantly melts away your stress. Their kind staff certainly know how to make you feel right at home. This video showcases my fourth visit, and at every visit I've had so far, I have met a different, AMAZING esthetician!

So, what can you expect during your visit? When you walk in, you're greeted with a short form and an array of complimentary snacks and drinks- because who doesn’t love a little treat while being pampered? The spa offers a variety of packages and specials to cater to your unique needs, and it’s worth keeping an eye on their Instagram for the latest and greatest offers. They are a sister spa with Last Loft and Brow bar where you can book facials, eyelash lifts, brow shaping, tinting and more! But my favorite is the head spa!

One of the standout features at Chattanooga Head Spa is their innovative scalp camera that you do before and after your head spa treatment, which shows you instant results from the service! Witnessing the transformation right before your eyes is just the cherry on top of an already stellar experience. Their massages, shampooing, and treatments are not only incredibly relaxing but also fantastic for your scalp health.

Whether you’re coming solo, bringing along your mom, or planning a day with friends, Chattanooga Head Spa will renew your spirits and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

So, what are you waiting for? Book yourself a slice of bliss, and be sure to follow @webbchatts on Instagram for more must-do experiences in Chattanooga!

Breathe Deep and Relax: Inside Chattanooga Salt Cavern in St. Elmo

Tucked right into the base of Lookout Mountain, Chattanooga Salt Cavern offers one of the most calming and restorative experiences in the city — and if you haven’t been yet, it’s well worth a visit. This is Chattanooga’s only salt cave, nestled in St. Elmo, and brings the benefits of halotherapy (dry salt therapy) in a truly peaceful setting. Whether you’re dealing with seasonal allergies, breathing issues, or just need a mental reset, spending time at the Salt Cavern is a quiet way to recharge — and yes, you may even find yourself dozing off in a zero-gravity chair.

The Experience:
Chattanooga Salt Cavern isn’t just visually impressive — it’s an active salt cave, which means it features a halogenerator that disperses microparticles of dry salt into the air. That salt-rich environment may help reduce inflammation, clear sinuses, and support overall respiratory health. You’ll notice it right away: the air is crisp and dry, and the softly glowing walls set the mood for instant calm.

Most visitors spend their 45-minute session reclining in one of the zero-gravity chairs, covered with a cozy blanket. You can meditate, nap, stretch, or simply talk quietly with friends. The environment naturally encourages your body to shift into a parasympathetic state — that’s the deep rest-and-reset mode that’s increasingly hard to come by in daily life.

Community sessions are open to anyone and incredibly peaceful, but if you’re hoping for a more private moment — or want to bring a small group — private sessions are available and easy to book online.

In addition to the regular salt therapy sessions, the Salt Cavern hosts special events like yoga classes inside the cave, sound baths, and even drum circles, blending wellness and community in a really unique space.

Bourbon, Cigars, Live Music, and Indoor Golf at New VTX Club Lounge in Downtown Chattanooga!

Chattanooga’s bar scene just got a major upgrade with the opening of VTX Club downtown on Georgia Ave. This modern lounge is the kind of spot that feels new for the city—with a bourbon bar, live music, a laid-back cigar lounge, and even indoor golf simulators. The best part? The entire first floor is open to the public, no membership needed. I recently checked it out and was seriously impressed with the atmosphere—good vibes, great cocktails, and a cozy setup make it feel like a hidden gem. If you’re into upscale hangouts or just looking for a different kind of night out in Chatt, give VTX a try. VTX Club House: Chattanooga’s Newest Spot for Bourbon, Cigars, and Golf Simulators

If you’re looking for an upscale-yet-inviting spot to unwind downtown, VTX Club House on Georgia Ave just opened its doors—and it's bringing something fresh to Chattanooga’s nightlife scene. With a stylish public lounge, a sleek cigar bar, live music, craft cocktails, and members-only perks like indoor golf simulators, this place is designed for those who enjoy the finer things without a pretentious vibe.

The Experience

Stepping into VTX Club House feels a little like discovering a secret jazz club—but more modern, with a thoughtful mix of dark woods, leather seating, moody lighting, and a curated soundtrack to match the space. The first floor is completely open to the public (no membership required), and there’s plenty to explore even if you’re just dropping in for a drink.

At the heart of the ground level is a well-appointed bar serving bourbon-forward cocktails, wine, and a full food menu. There’s also a luxe cigar lounge that feels intimate but spacious, with ventilated design that keeps things comfortable. Cozy couches and seating nooks invite you to settle in with a drink or light meal, whether you’re here for date night, happy hour, or a solo evening out.

On Friday nights, live music adds even more energy to the space. Talent and genres may vary, but the vibe leans smooth, soul, and jazz-oriented—perfect for a relaxed yet polished night out.

Upstairs is reserved for VTX members and offers even more amenities: private cigar and bourbon lounges, meeting spaces, a theater room, and three indoor golf simulators. Membership starts at various tiers, with the Gold Level at $300/month offering full access to all amenities, personal lockers, and curated member events.

100 Ramen & Hibachi & Sushi Bar just opened by the Aloft Hotel in Hamilton Place- and they've got some cool grand opening deals I'm sharing below! There's a big menu with lots of Japanese variety, and it's a great mix of comfort food and healthy options (they’re even right next door to Crunch Fitness, so it’s basically balanced, right?).

Address: 2090 Hamilton Place Boulevard, Chattanooga, TN

My First Visit

I went in to give it a try, and here’s the rundown:

  • Shrimp Hibachi – fresh, sizzling, and loaded with flavor.
  • Gyoza appetizer – the perfect comfort bites
  • Chicken Katsu Donburi- not many places have this around town, I was a big fan!
  • Boba Tea – I love fruit boba tea!! And popping pearls! I got the mango, and it was great! And okay, confession: I’m usually not a milk tea person. But their ZangZang Boba Tea? Surprisingly good.
  • Tonkotsu Ramen – my personal favorite of the night. Rich, hearty, and exactly what you want in a bowl of ramen.
  • Sushi – beautifully crafted by Kevin, the sushi chef. Nothing here is pre-made, so yes, it may take a little longer if he’s busy- but the results are so worth it.

I got to talk to the owners and they told me they’re aiming to be a healthier, quick, intentional option while still giving you all the fun of a full ramen + hibachi + sushi + boba lineup.
